PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
· Masters Degree in the relevant Capacity with minimum 5 Years of professional experience such as :

· Java (JEE, Jboss, Spring, BEA, )SOA (ESB, SOAP, REST),SS / J,Agile software development,SCRUM,SCM ( Sub Version),Scripting knowledge (Groovy, Ruby),Web design (HTML, PHP, Servlets, JSF, Ruby on Rails),Automated testing (JUnit, Fitnesse)

· Ideally at least 3 years experience in the telecommunications field with experience in solutions such as:

· Mobile (2G, 3G) networks, Fixed & IP networks,VAS,IN,OSS (Mediation, Provisioning, Inventory Management),BSS (CRM, Billing).
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide leadership in planning, design, implementation and testing of software projects in MEA region.

· Assist -sales teams in offer creations for system integration projects where software has to be developed.

· Have close relationship with customers and ensure close interaction with the development team.

· Responsible for software design and implementation tasks in projects.

· Provide coaching to developers on established method and tools for software development.

· Have continuo's attention to technical excellence and good design.

· Perform as a configuration manager

· Creating releases of software ready to be released to customers

· Perform quality checks on project deliverables to ensure quality standards achieved
