PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE


· Post graduate degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration

· 8 – 10 years of experience in traditional commercial banking, loans syndications, trade finance(structured and unstructured), project finance, securities investment/trading, capital markets, knowledge of Treasury products portfolio and use in trading and operational risk management development banking.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· To create and maintain the foundation and develop on an ongoing basis, the Group's Risk Management requirements (covering Credit, Market & Operational Risk)

· Development of Risk Strategies and its ongoing monitoring

· Prescriptive exposures management monitoring and managing credit risk dynamically

· Portfolio monitoring and management to identify concentrations, outliers and stress testing to assess appropriate provisioning requirements

· Overseeing the middle office responsible for the monitoring and assessment of all risks emanating from the Bank's Trading: & Investments Portfolio.
