Job Description:
Based in Karachi and reporting directly to CEO, Manager Human Resources will be responsible to oversee the entire function of Human Resources including Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits. This position will also be responsible for evaluating, developing and implementing HR policy & procedures and working towards initiatives to optimize Organization Development & Effectiveness.
The incumbent must possess 5-6 years work experience with some exposure in the financial sector and hold a Masters degree in Human Resources.
