Urgently Required "Industrial Relation Manager" for Karachi
Major responsibility of this position is to manage industrial relations matters to foster harmonious management–employee relations in addition to development, review and implementation of the company polices and procedures and to ensure their compliance to statutory requirements.
Required Skills
Degree in Human Resource Management/LLB or equivalent from a HEC recognized institution with minimum five years work experience in IR field in a unionized environment; the incumbent should be conversant with industrial relation and other applicable laws. Hands on experience in negotiations with unions, conciliation with the IR Department and Industrial Court processes shall be preferred.
