A leading automobile industry, situated in Hub Industrial Area, has a vacant position of an HR & Admn. Manager. Currently the company has around 1200 employees including permanent, contracts' and of daily wages.
Job Responsibilities:
The applicant will be responsible for total HR & Admn. Functions mainly, develop and manage employment programs, matters related to industrial relations, salary compensation and job evaluations, benefits, promotions, equal opportunity initiatives, education, training programs & matters related to factory Administration. Position will be reported to Group Chief Financial Officer.
Other responsibilities
- Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
- Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
- Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
- Dealing with outside agencies on labor and administrative matters.
- Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems. Complete salary survey questionnaires.
- Manage process of preparation and distribute of payroll.
- Design and conduct new employee orientations.
- Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
- Work with union representative to resolve labor relation issues.
- Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
- Time motion study and altering the employee sanctioned accordingly.
- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
- Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
- Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested.
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
Qualification:
The candidate with at least a bachelor degree (BBA, MBA) preferably in HR with the professional experience in a manufacturing industry of at least 8 years in the related field only.
The candidate must have experience of Hub Industrial Area. SITE or Korangi Industrial AREA
Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines. Knowledge of employment and benefit laws and regulation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
