* At least bachelors in computer sciences or equivalent
* 3+ years experience in software engineering, including analysis and design
* Expertise in Java, especially in J2EE and related technologies
* Preference will be given to candidates with hands on experience with APIs and frameworks like Web Services, EJB, Java network programming, Struts and Hibernate etc.
* Ability to think in objects and patterns
